WOW - I was charged up to hear the genuine emotion from Marco about how he reaches and teaches his students. He said that he doesn't use technology to prepare for the future, he uses technology to help them with TODAY! He believes that students need to "lean forward" and produce and "DO" with technology tools instead of "leaning back" to "USE" and receive using technology.

Marco is really something special. What struck me was the call for all of us to be resourceful, even if we lack resources -- that it's the resourceful who will make a difference in the lives of students.

Well, okay, that, and the Mariachi Star Wars soundtrack. Brilliant!
